Log message: Modified methods add_constraint(s) and add_congruence(s) so as to throw exceptions if a non-interval constraint/congruence is being added. Modified the (generalized_)affine_(pre)image methods so as to use refine_with_constraint() instead of add_constraint() method. Added a couple of FIXME/CHECKME.
