Log message: Method Octagon::poly_difference_assign() renamed Octagon::oct_difference_assign(). Corrected a bug in Octagon::oct_difference_assign(). Improved Octagon::transitive_reduction_assign() using two new functions: Octagon::compute_nexts() and Octagon::compute_leaders().
