Log message: Another pass through the code of generalized_affine_preimage(), to improve readability and thus maintainability. - moved the definition of minus_den to avoid repeated computations; - in the case t==0, removed an unneccesary row_iterator and defined two_b; - in the case t==1, coeff renamed as w_coeff and lv_index renamed as n_w.
