Log message: In functions Polyhedron::assign_variable and Polyhedron::substitutte_variable considered the cases of an empty polyhedron and of space_dimension of linear expression < space_dimension of polyhedron. In LinExpression the copy-constructor with the size of the new linear expression is now public.
