Log message: Modified the test boundingbox1.cc to use only necessarily closed polyhedron and to test also Polyhedron::shrink_bounding_box(Box& box, bool polynomial) when polynomial is "true". Put the tests with not necessarily closed polyhedra into boundingbox3.cc.
