Log message: Added a new test, showing two bugs: - the first bug has to do with an invariant that was not fullfilled when creating an NNC polyehdron starting from an empty constraint system; this bug was only visible when compiling with assertions turned on. - the second bug was due to the fact that check_universe() returns the wrong result when applied to a zero-dim-universe polyhedron.
