Log message: Corrected an error in ConSys::adjust_topology_and_dimension: now we erase the constraints 0 <= \epsilon <= 1 if the system of constraints does not contains strict inequalities and is not necessarily closed and the new topology is NECESSARILY_CLOSED. Added a test to verify this function.
