if you refer to the bug of the widening you spotted, this is fixed now: go to the PPL bugs page and apply the patch provided there to PPL 0.6.1 and you should be done. Ciao,

P.S. I have checked: the version of bison I am using is the most recent one. Any idea why it fails to compile ltrtest.y?
