First attempt at stating exactly on the web pages the rules of the game.
Brief description of each class of recurrences that PURRS currently solves
(constant coefficients of any order, variable coefficients of order 1,
generalized recurrences of the divide-et-impera type) with some general
remarks and some that are appropriate only for the single classes.
Some remarks on the implementation added.
Statement of some input rules.
The comments on the output have to be reviewed accurately.

Yes, I had fixed this in CVS a while ago. Maybe it's time for a new
