Moved the methods `exact_solution()', `lower_bound()' and
`upper_bound()' from the file Recurrence.inlines.hh to
Recurrence.cc.
Improved the methods on the validation of the exact solution
so that they also work on solution evaluated on specified
initial conditions.
Improved the method `set_initial_conditions()'.
Several chenges in according with the introduction of the
3 new Cached_Expr `evaluated_exact_solution_',
`evaluated_lower_bound_' and `evaluated_upper_bound_'
in some methods.
