Log message: Implemented the new methods `Expr::is_integer_scalar_representation()' and `Expr::is_integer_polynomial()' and removed the old `Expr::is_integer_polynomial()' that only tested the GiNaC's flag `GiNaC::info_flags::integer_polynomial'.
