Log message: Added the private function `solve_new_infinite_order_rec()' that builds and solves a recurrence of infinite order of which are known the coefficient of the sum, the lower and the upper bound of the sum and the inhomogeneous term. Added the public methods in order to access to the date of the class `Infinite_Order_Info' `upper_bound_sum'.
