Log message: Removed the private data `first_valid_index' from the class Finite_Order_Info and add it to the class Recurrence, since for each type of recurrence we consider the least non-negative integer `j' such that the recurrence is well-defined for `n >= j'. Several changes in the classification's process in order to set this new data.
