Log message: Added functions for the manipulation of polynomials: general_gcd() computes the gcd of polynomials with possibly rational coefficients. convert_to_integer_polynomial() converts a polynomial with possibly rational coefficients into its associate with integer coefficients. resultant() computes the resultant of two polynomials. These functions will be used in the new file gosper.cc.
