Log message: Added the private data of the class Recurrence `bool test_exact_solution' that indicates if we have already tried to compute the exact solution. Improved `compute_lower_bound()' and `compute_upper_bound()' so that they return the approximation even if they have been call on one recurrence with exact solution.
