Log message: Reorganization of the resolution of functional equations separating the computation of the lower bound and the computation of the upper bound. Instead of the function `approximate_functional_equation()' that computed both bounds now there are two functions, `approximate_functional_equation_lower()' and `approximate_functional_equation_upper()'.
