Log message: The functions `solve_constant_coeff_order_2()' and `solve_constant_coeff_order_2()' are now private functions of the class Recurrence. Renamed `domain_recurrence()' into `biggest_positive_int_zero()': improved it and moved it in the file `util.{hh, cc}. Added the check to find the first initial condition also for linear recurrences with constant coefficients. Fixed some bugs in the lower bounds of the symbolic sum.
