Log message: Added an "indeterminate" recurrence. Changed the mark to the recurrence `x(n) = x(n)*x(n)' from `yv' to `I'. Changed the mark to the recurrence `x(n) = 2^x(n)' from `k' to `K'. Removed the line yv x(n/2)*x(n/2) (this recurrence is already in heap marked with `ul').
