Log message: Added the method `get_max_index_initial_condition()': if the map `initial_conditions' is not empty returns the maximum integer among the first elements of it; returns 0 if the map is empty. Improved the method `replace_initial_condition()' and moved it from Recurrence.inlines.hh in Recurrence.cc. Improved the methods `validate_initial_conditions()' and `substitute_i_c_shifting()'. Minor changes in the documentation.
