Log message: 1. Corrected a few misprints; 2. Section 4.3.4 completely rewritten: added formulae for more general cases; 3. Added section 4.3.5 for dealing with complex conjugate roots, and appropriate pointers to it throughout; 4. Modified notation in sections 4.3.4 and 4.4.1 in order to make it more uniform (in particular, the summation variable should always be k, the upper limit n); 5. Added remarks on the actual implementation of the polynomial decomposition in section 4.3.2; 6. Added preliminary remarks on the books by Petkovsek, Wilf & Zeilberger, and by Wilf; 7. Added reference to a paper by S. Roura on the generalized Master theorem; 8. Added a few words in Section 4.4.2; 9. Completed reshaping of paragraphs for shorter lines.
