Log message: Added `decrements' to the arguments of `classification_summand()'; renamed `compute_order()' into `compute_order_inserting_decrement()' and added `decrements' to its arguments. Filled up the vector `decrements'. Created dynamically the structure `Finite_Order_Info'. Removed an old part of code.
