The new method Row::strong_normalize() also ensures that the first non-zero coefficient of lines and equalities is negative. The new method Matrix::strong_normalize() that calls strongly normalizes each row. Strong normalization is now used wherever it is guaranteed to be both safe and efficient. The "EXTRA_NORMALIZATION" flag is used to decide whether strong_normalization is also used in Row::libear_combine() (since in this case strong normalization can incur performance penalties).
